Astute-class submarines being built for the Royal Navy at BAE's yards at Barrow-in-Furnace, England. They are built indoors partly to stop
surveillance
of their construction methods and materials.
For this picture the cross section of the hull was hidden from me by plastic sheeting. The front submarine is awaiting the contents of its very secret sonar compartment, like a mouth awaiting dentures.
